Let's talk about qigong practices that bring us back into the arms of the Spirit. There are several practices with the Spirit. Let's start with the practice of the central channel. Our central channel runs in the middle of the body from bottom to top. To be precise, the central channel begins with the white chakra, located below our feet, then runs up where the top white chakra is located, then through the twin and then through our Spirit (look at the second picture). All problems begin either below or above the top white chakra. This is the place where all the blockages, various annoying thoughts, larvae, egregors who are feeding on our energy, rush. It is here that they tie their channels to us, thereby interrupting our connection with our own Spirit. It looks like a thick grey fog over our head and entering our central channel. In order to dispel this fog, it is necessary to do the practice of the central channel. And so, how is this done? Sit back and close your eyes. Imagine yourself from behind and visualize it in front of you, so that you look at yourself as if from above, and the image is no larger than your palm. Now we will add a central channel to our rendered image. Mentally, while inhaling, we take energy into the feet of the imagined image and drive along the central channel from bottom to top of the head. On the exhale, imagine that the light grey energy goes from the top to the bottom along the central channel of our image and down to the ground. This practice should be done for at least 10 minutes. Next, we present our image with a twin, look at the picture. We breathe the same way, only this time the top point will be the feet of the double. Practice this for another 10 minutes. After several days of such exercises, practitioners noted that they themselves seemed to be higher. Head lightness. Their mood improved and the perception changed; life problems seemed to be not so unresolvable. This practice should be done for at least a month in order to proceed to the next stage and breathe in the central channels along the entire trajectory. Look at the second picture. You need to breathe for at least 20 minutes a day. Such breathing restores our natural structure. In the body begins restructuring. Sometimes, practitioners note that it is not clear in which channel what is happening. It can be hot or cold sensation, and not in the whole body, but on some certain area. Sometimes, even at the opening stage of the central channel, phenomena occur, such as intuitive knowledge. Practitioners noted that from somewhere they learned information that they had nowhere to find. This is what is called intuition. In fact, this information comes from our Spirit and it is not at all surprising that these phenomena appear when we clear the central channel.
